ROCK TRIAXIAL WITH PORE WATER PRESSURE MEASUREMENTS

Another effective stress test in triaxial compression underway on weathered weak rock using cells specially developed for high pressure tests on rock specimens.

With our team of highly-experienced and degree-qualified geologists, Geolabs Limited has the capability to test 38 mm and 54 mm rock specimens, both with measurement of volume change (CD – consolidated drained tests) or with measurement of pore water pressure (CU – consolidated undrained tests), and is one of a limited number of commercial laboratories in the UK able to offer these tests.

Testing of rock specimens in high-pressure triaxial cells forms part of an extensive range of geotechnical tests offered by Geolabs Limited , from simple classification to complex, bespoke advanced testing.
